There are baggage that you try to leave behind before ushering in the new year; I’m talking about baggage on the legs, waist, tummy, and arms caused by holiday bingeing (Yeah, I have some of that too).
The new year brings new hope to our health and fitness goals; speaking of which, what are yours? My main goals are to get the body I’ve always wanted (a lean one with abs :D) and to become more diligent in my workouts, but to achieve these, effortlessly, I have my sub-goals: 1. Make time for working out 2. Eat sensibly 3. Increase workout performance; my sub-goals will lead me to my main goals minus the frustration and attachment.
Whatever your health and fitness goals are, one thing that I can advise you is to be strategic about it: find the right workout for you, eat smart and in moderation, and explore various ways and tools to support your programs.
